The CBSO is delighted to announce that – subject to the continued successful rollout of the government’s roadmap – it is planning to give live concerts for socially-distanced audiences at Symphony Hall from Wednesday 19 May.  Each programme will be performed twice, to allow for as many people as possible to join us in person whilst seating capacity is restricted.  Highlights include concerts with Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla, Kazuki Yamada and Edward Gardner as well as soloists including Stephen Hough.

  • Wed 7 Jul, 2pm and 6.30pm

Each performance will last around 75 minutes with no interval.  Symphony Hall will have a range of safety measures in place including: online booking only, reduced capacity and socially distanced seating, face coverings required (exemption excluded), hand sanitising stations, enhanced cleaning, timed ticket entry and NHS Test and Trace.
