Join us for the next Symphonic Sessions on Thursday 7 July, as our brilliant CBSO musicians perform Max Richter’s genre-defying, radical reinterpretation of Vivaldi.
Composed for string ensemble and electronics, Max Richter’s iconic re-imagining of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons topped the classical charts in twenty-two countries when it was released ten years ago. Its haunting melancholic melodies and gently repeating riffs make it the perfect chill-out soundtrack for a summer evening, and where better to experience it live than in our favourite neighbourhood hangout, Hockley Social Club.
With delightful street food and drinks available from Hockley’s wonderful vendors – come along, relax with friends, and enjoy a great evening of music.
