As part of our Vaughan Williams at 150 celebrations, members of the CBSO string section perform his Phantasy Quintet, with its distinct echoes of English folksong. They follow it with ‘one of the best-kept secrets of chamber music:’ Beethoven’s String Quintet Op.29 in C Major.
