The CBSO needs you!
Do you play bassoon, tenor trombone, or bass trombone? Are you grade 8 standard or above? Are you aged between 16 and 25? If yes, then the CBSO needs you!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are in need of a bassoonist and two trombonists to join us for our Youth Orchestra Academy course, which will run from Saturday 20 – Sunday 28 July. If you are interested in taking part in this course, please contact Lauren Toney on firstname.lastname@example.org and Katie Lucas on email@example.com.
Put the finest players from the CBSO’s world-class Youth Orchestra together with the trailblazing young Azerbaijani cellist Jamal Aliyev, and you can be sure of one thing - music that will stay with you long after you leave Town Hall. The energy of these unstoppable young musicians is matched only by the inspiring power of Shostakovich and Dvořák, in a performance like no other!
For events sold by THSH Box Office, the THSH per-ticket commission of £3 (£2.50 for online bookings) is included in the price of every individual ticket priced over £13. Tickets purchased as part of a CBSO Concert Package are exempt. For full details see cbso.co.uk/terms.
