We are excited to announce that the CBSO are teaming up with Hockley Social Club for the first time this autumn! In a new event which combines genre-bending live music with delicious street food in Birmingham’s hottest new venue, the first Symphonic Sessions will take place from 6pm on Thursday 21 October.
Four musicians from the orchestra will set the tone for a great night out as they invite audiences to kick back in Birmingham's newest neighbourhood hangout. The perfect evening for the musically curious, audiences can expect genre-bending music fusing contemporary classical, indie and everything in between - from Sufjan Stevens and Sigor Ros to Shostakovich. Plus, DJ sets from local tastemaker Pritt Kalsi, and a great selection of street food from Hockley’s popular vendors - Andy Low N Slow, Buddha Belly and Kodawari.
Tickets for Symphonic Sessions go on sale at 6pm on Sunday 26 September via Skiddle. For more information and to book tickets click here.
