We’re thrilled to announce two additional performances from the CBSO this Summer in Birmingham!
On Thursday 14 July, 7pm at Town Hall, renowned conductor Edward Gardner leads the Orchestra in a programme of ‘Simply Schubert.’ Expect a glorious summer's evening with music ranging from his overture to the deeply Romantic opera, Fierabras, to his first and fourth symphonies.
We’ll be celebrating all things John Williams on Tuesday 2 August, 7.30pm at Symphony Hall, to commemorate his 90th birthday year. His genius has touched countless lives through his incredible film scores, and the CBSO will be playing much-loved classics from Star Wars, Harry Potter, Jaws, ET, Schindler’s List, and many more!
