ABOUT
CBSO Centre is is in every respect the CBSO's home - acting as both a performance and rehearsal space for the Orchestra and Choruses, and as offices for the administrative staff. It also serves as a base for the internationally-renowned Birmingham Contemporary Music Group (BCMG) and Ex Cathedra.
At the heart of the building is The Justham Auditorium - a three-storey, 300-seat rehearsal and concert venue. Fully equipped with modern sound, lighting and projection systems, as well as a system of motorized acoustic panels and banners, it's most frequently used as our main rehearsal venue, as well as the auditorium for Notelets and Centre Stage Concerts throughout the season.
