Bournville and Cotteridge councillor
Cabinet member for transport

Cllr Liz Clements represents Bournville and Cotteridge on Birmingham City Council, where she is also the Cabinet Member for Transport. Liz spent her career as a public policy adviser in the voluntary sector and local government, and was previously a county councillor in Oxfordshire. Liz read Modern Languages at Oxford, Trier and Hamburg universities. She is a keen amateur violinist and pianist, alumna of Essex Youth Orchestra, and enjoys playing in local orchestras around Birmingham. Liz first heard the CBSO live in concert in 1992 not long after the opening of Symphony Hall and has been a fan ever since.
