I am deeply committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity in all aspects of life. As the CEO of Women's Wellbeing, I strive to reduce health disparities for women and girls. My career began in community arts, where I collaborated with diverse art practitioners and agencies to introduce new audiences to the arts. I am honoured and passionate about taking on the role of Community Board for CBSO, a genuine collaboration of artists, community organisers, and art lovers who aspire to become an exemplar of excellence in pursuing inclusivity. We will work together for greater accessibility, representation, and reach in the arts and source new talent within under-represented communities across Birmingham's vibrant and diverse cultural landscape; showcased on a world-class platform.
