Guest artist François Leleux joins the woodwind section for an afternoon of tuneful gems.

Not every oboist is described as “larger than life”, but then not every oboist is the irrepressible François Leleux! Today he joins our woodwind section as first among equals, in joyous mini masterpieces by Dvořák, Gounod and the young Richard Strauss. Expect sparkling melodies and playful wit: here in the CBSO Centre, it’ll feel close enough to touch.
