CBSO Children's Chorus

Photograph of the Children's Chorus singing.

The Children’s Chorus has been part of the CBSO Family since 1994 and provides a fantastic opportunity for young singers aged 8 -13, in school years 4 – 8, to work with a leading professional orchestra, world-class conductors and perform in one of the best concert halls in the world, Birmingham’s Symphony Hall.

The Children’s Chorus meet weekly on Monday evenings during term time at CBSO Centre. Through the rehearsals, members will develop as musicians and singers and learn important performance skills, with opportunities to meet other young musicians from across Birmingham.

All members are also encouraged to attend our music theory lessons and are also offered one-to-one vocal coaching once a term.
