Jeremy started playing the horn at 14 years old, and had lessons at the Northamptonshire Music School with Paul Truman. He then moved to Manchester to study at the RNCM before freelancing up and down the country. He went on to work for the BBC SSO for 18 years, before joining the CBSO in 2016.
He is delighted to return to so close to where he grew up, and where his parents still live, and “to be playing with such a fantastic orchestra!”
Jeremy and his partner Mary have a very lazy greyhound and fairly feisty cat. In his spare time he loves to play as much squash as possible.
