Live at the Centre: A Pride Ball

Celebrate Pride in Birmingham with Fatt Butcher & friends!
Be prepared for glitter balls, grooving, fabulous artistry and a whole heap of pride classics. Fatt Projects and the CBSO join forces to mark Pride 2026 with a celebration of the contributions of LGBTQ+ artists and composers to the world of music: from pop to punk to classical, the programme will be inspired by the significance of dancefloors as LGBTQ+ community spaces and the rich history of music’s role in LGBTQ+ civil rights movements.
For one night only, CBSO string players are joined by The Full Fatt Sound choir, with guest performances from Eric Scutaro, Sam Hickman, Fatt Butcher, Sapphic Panic, hosted by Blü Romantic, and pre-show beats from DJ Just Soriah. This promises to be one for the ages! So dress to express, put on your dancing shoes and bring all your pride, joy and rage to an unmissable night of queer music.
Please note that this performance is for ticket holders aged 18 and above. This is a predominantly standing event, join us on the dancefloor (seating will be available for anyone who needs it).
