Share your passion for great performances with others, and benefit from our group booking discounts!
Group Discounts
Groups of 10+ receive a 20% discount on tickets.
Groups of 20+ receive a 25% discount on tickets and get every 11th ticket for FREE.
Tickets for children aged 17 or under will be priced at £5 for all group bookings and no further discount applies (excluding Family and Notelets concerts).
All group bookings of 10 or more are subject to a reduced per-ticket commission of £1.
Schools and Youth Music Groups
Both young people and teachers/chaperones are able to book £5 tickets for all main Season concerts (including Family and Notelets concerts). To benefit from this offer, you must be booking as a group of 10+ and using an official email address.

How to Book
Contact the Symphony Hall Box Office by emailing boxoffice@bmusic.co.uk or phoning to 0121 289 6331 (10am-2pm Monday to Saturday) to make your reservation. All CBSO performances at Symphony Hall and CBSO Centre are available to book under the groups discount, with the exception of Family, Schools and Notelets concerts.
Confirming your Booking
You will need to confirm final numbers for your group at least one month in advance, and full payment must then be made. Group bookings are subject to a £1 per ticket commission, plus £2 (optional) postage per booking.
