Tim studied at the Yehudi Menuhin School, the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and completed a postgraduate degree at the Musikhochschule in Nuremberg, Germany, studying with Daniel Gaede. After gaining his first professional experience in Germany, Tim has gone on to freelance with many of the chamber, symphony and opera house orchestras in the UK.
